Fitgirls offer a range of PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS proven to dramatically change your life by helping you achieve your health, fitness and weight loss goals, once and for all.
There is no one-size-fits-all program. Each program is individualised to you, depending on your goals. You may have a lot of weight to lose, that’s ok. We’ll work with you for as long as it takes. You might just want to tone up a little in which case we’d take a shorter term approach. We’ll also take your budget into account, and can offer you a fortnightly direct debit plan. We also have different levels of membership, depending on whether you want personal training only, or the added extras in terms of nutrition, accountability and support!
