Do I need to pay
for my entire online
program upfront?
Yes. By paying the
whole amount
upfront, you are
making a commitment
to yourself and to
us. We have found
that people who pay
in instalments have
more chance of
‘falling off the
wagon’, so to speak. By
making the promise
to yourself on Day 1
and committing to
it, you have a
greater chance of
success.

Do I have to
enter the

No. But we would
love you to.
Entering the
challenge will give
you an extra
incentive to achieve

anything, just a
postage stamp to

will give you plenty
of tips on how to
take your after

weight to lose. Can
I have a program
that is longer than
12 weeks?
Of course. You can
add another 4, 8 or
12 weeks onto your
program. Because
your program will be
continually revised
and updated, you
will not get bored
doing the same
things week in and
week out. We will
ensure that your
program is always
new and challenging
for you.

I already have a
Personal Trainer but
I’m not getting the
results I want. What
can Fitgirls do to
help me achieve my
goals?
Many people see a
personal trainer
week after week but
never seem to see
any results, and the
main reason for this
is that a very small
number of personal
trainers are trained
in nutrition and are
therefore unable to
give diet advice.
Your training must
be supported by
correct nutrition to
enable your goals to
be achieved. Carly
holds a Certificate
in Nutrition and is
well equipped to
provide the perfect
nutrition program to
work in tandem with
your fitness
